Steve and Mandy are active members of the Waterways Recovery Group and of the Buckingham Canal Society. I've known them for some years, and got to know them well we when we scrutineered together on the BCN Marathon Challenge in 1999. Mandy is a lurker (mainly) on the Canals internet mailing list.
