Glen is a close friend of Steve & Mandy and, like them, involved in the Waterways Recovery Group and the Buckingham Canal Society. He's a regular poster to the Canals internet mailing list, where I got to know him. I first met him face-to-face on the BCN Marathon Challenge in 1996.
