VHF radio is required, and an echo-sounder and satellite navigation are useful, but we don't put them too ostentatiously on display in a vintage vessel. The control on top of the cabinet is for the (equally non-traditional) engine, but the compass on top of the companionway to the Skipper's cabin is authentic. This is almost the helmsman's view of this kit.
Clearly we weren't sailing when I took this picture, as the mainsheet block is lying around on the hatch doing nothing..
