Seen from the back deck of Felis Catus II, we are approaching Westminster Bridge and the Houses of Parliament. Immediately ahead of us is Libby Bradshaw's Panacea which was lead boat of the flotilla, steered by Ian Ferguson as Libby herself was hosting the VIPs on Jubilee. Further ahead is an escorting police launch.
