Netham Lock
This lock forms the entrance to the impounded waters of Bristol City Docks. It only needs to be used at Spring Tides which come over the adjacent Netham Weir and reach (and occasional overtop) Hanham. The impounded water of the docks is the original course of the river, and the tidal channel is the New Cut of 1802.
