Perry Barr locks
Perry Barr locks on the Tame Valley canal were often known as the "New Thirteen" (Farmer's Bridge were the "Old Thirteen"). In fact the flight, approached from Salford Junction consists of two locks then quite a gap to this pleasant climb of 11 locks.
