Boats in the museum

An arm (Lord Ward's Canal) leads off the Dudley Canal, and it around this that many of the museum's buildings are clustered, and where they maintain a traditional working boatyard (in the background here). Here an open joey boat (probably the Birchills is moored next to what looks like one of Thomas Clayton's tar boats.
