sb CENTAURThe picture is looking towards the bow from midships. No sails appear to be set, so I assume we were motoring either because there was no wind or because the wind & tide combination wouldn't allow us to go in the direction we wanted. This is more likely to happen on a passage, when one has a defined destination than on an out-and-back sail when, at least on the first day, one can go whereever the conditions indicate. |
