This wharf is on the south bank of the river, a short way upstream of Deptford Creek, on part of the site of what was the old Royal Dockyards. The wharf was built in the mid-19th Century for a company that manufacture boilers, hence the large arches to allow completed boilers to be loaded onto ships. In 2002 the wharf was spot-listed to save it from demolition and replacement by housing.
The building on the right of the picture is the old Master Shipwight's house from the royal Dockyard.
