Cringle Dock

Cringle Dock, in Battersea, is one of the smaller waste transfer stations where London's rubbish is loaded into containers carried away by barge to landfill sites on the Essex coast, some of them at the appropriately-named Mucking Flats.

In this picture, a newly-commission tug is marshalling a train of barges.
