The renovated building on the right and the new moorings are signs of regeneration. The moorings have been built under the auspices of London Waterways Partnership, a BW-led, SRB funded project, with offices in one of these barges. Holborn Studios, of the building on the left, wanted to expand and, having no more space in the building, chose to do so into some static converted Thames lighters. The development also includes residential and visitor moorings.
