This picture was taken in 1979 when we were cruising there in the original Felis Catus (which is just visible moored left-of-centre background). It shows the basin long before any redevelopment work started. Several of the old warehouses remain, and the old ship lock is still there (left background). The wooden structure on the right of the picture is the old coaling jetty.
