The feeder from Brent Reservoir (a.k.a. the Welsh Harp sailing centre) joins the canal at Harlesden, just West of the Grand Junction Arms. The reservoir and feeder were built by the Regent's Canal Company (by damming the River Brent) to provide water to replace that which their canal would take from the Paddington Arm at Little Venice.
