Taken while Paddington Basin was de-watered for maintenance and some changes. It has since been re-watered, but at the time of writing (Oct 2002) there is no access to it by water as the arm leading through it is affected by building work. The view is of the whole basin looking eastwards. The arm to Browning's Pool goes off in the left foreground.
