Taken while Paddington Basin was de-watered for maintenance and some changes. It has since been re-watered, but at the time of writing (Oct 2002) there is no access to it by water as the arm leading to it is affected by building work. The view is of the steps to the bottom of the pool, leading from the marketing suite on North Wharf Road. We are looking towards the eastern end of the basin
