Taken while Paddington Basin was de-watered for maintenance and changes in connection with development work. It has since been re-watered, but at the time of writing (Oct 2002) there is no access by water as the arm leading to it is affected by building work. The view is of the corner of the basin, with the arm to Browning's Pool leading off to the right. The rectangular hole beyond the figure with its back to the camera is the remains of a dry dock.
