This picture was taken in 2000 while Paddington Basin was de-watered for maintenance and some changes of shape in connection with development work. The basin has now been re-watered, but at the time of writing (Oct 2002) there is no access by water as the arm leading to it is closed for building work. The view is from the footbridge, with the arm to Browning's Pool leading off to the right.
