Browning's Pool is seen here from the horse-bridge attached to Westbourne Terrace Road bridge. The horse-bridge connected the towpaths of the Paddington Branch and the Regent's Canals. The Paddington Branch curves right here towards Paddington Basin, and the pool also continues to the left, towards the junction with the Regent's Canal.
The broad-beam craft in the left foreground is the restaurant boat Lady Rose of Regents which is available for charter. It is operated by the trip-boat company Jason's Trip.
