The entrance to St Thomas' Creek (also, confusingly, called the Bow Back River) from the Lee Navigation just above Bow Bridge, which is out-of-shot on the right of this picture.
The Creek runs from here to City Mill Lock (see separate photos) and forms the southern side of the formerly semi-tidal loop of the Back Rivers.
