of the Newsletter team at the IWA "National" in 2007 delivered monolgues at the
Old Time Music Hall.
I am the very model of a turn
from old-time music hall .
My recitation's stunning and with microphone you
hear it all.
My face you cannot see because my papers I'm perusing all.
If I lifted up my face I might take fright 'cos I could see you all.
My costuming Victorian you'll
just have to imagine it
Forget the t-shirt shorts and boots and see me in a
dapper suit,
With bowler, neckerchief and waistcoat, walking cane and
monocle,
I'd be the very model of a turn from old-time music hall .
